QSFP-H40G-ACU10M — QSFP+ 40 Gbps

The QSFP-H40G-ACU10M is a Cisco QSFP+ 40 Gbps active direct-attach cable (active DAC) with a length of 10 metres. Unlike passive DAC cables limited to a few metres, its active design incorporates amplification components enabling a 10 m reach over copper, in a pre-terminated assembly with no separate transceiver management required. Operating range: 0 to 70 °C.

This 10 m active DAC is suited to datacenter architectures requiring cost-effective 40 Gbps links over medium distances, where AOC would represent unnecessary additional cost.
