Are all products in stock?
OPTINOC does not hold every product in stock. To know the lead time for a product, contact our sales team by email.
What if I can't find a product?
OPTINOC updates its catalog daily. If you can't find the product or have a specific request, reach out to our sales team.
How are customer reviews selected?
Reviews are posted by customers who bought and used our products. Only customers who placed orders can post reviews.
Warranty & After-sales
What is the product warranty?
All products sold by OPTINOC include a 1- or 2-year manufacturer warranty (depending on the product type).
Is the manufacturer warranty included?
Yes. Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer contact details are available on OPTINOC under Vendor Support.
Is after-sales service included?
After-sales service is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. OPTINOC does not provide direct after-sales — in case of failure, contact the manufacturer's support.
How to check my Cisco product warranty?
You can visit Cisco's warranty verification page and enter your product serial number.
How to return a product?
Before returning, contact us at support@optinoc.com to report the issue. We can resolve most problems through technical support.
Shipping
Do you ship to Europe and internationally?
Yes, OPTINOC ships to Europe and internationally.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free in France. Outside France (Europe and international), prices vary by destination. Free shipping in Europe for orders over €800 ex. VAT.
How to track my order?
You are kept informed by email of your order status and shipment. You can also log in to your Customer Area to track your order.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
OPTINOC offers the following methods: credit card (100% secure via Stripe), bank transfer, and purchase order for referenced customers.
Is payment secure?
OPTINOC chose Stripe to handle payments. All transactions are secured via SSL. OPTINOC has no access to your banking data.
How to get my invoice?
OPTINOC sends the invoice by email as soon as the order is placed. If you have not received it, contact our sales team by email.
Order
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our sales team by email. You will be fully refunded promptly. If the parcel has already shipped, you have 14 days to notify us of your wish to cancel. Refund is issued once the parcel is received back.
How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Just click the dedicated link at the bottom of the latest newsletter you received and confirm unsubscription. Your request is processed within 9 days maximum.
