SFP-50G-BX40D-I — SFP56 25/50 Gbps

The Cisco SFP-50G-BX40D-I is a BiDi SFP56 transceiver for 25 and 50 Gbps over simplex single-mode fiber (SMF) with an LC UPC connector, compliant with the IEEE 25GBASE-ER and 50GBASE-ER standards. In downstream mode (D suffix), it receives and transmits on a wavelength distinct from the upstream variant BX40U-I, the two forming a functional pair over a single fiber strand up to 40 km. The industrial range of -40 to 85 °C guarantees high thermal tolerance.
