SFP-25G-BX40D-I — SFP28 25 Gbps

The SFP-25G-BX40D-I is a Cisco 25 Gbps bidirectional (BiDi) SFP28 module for downstream reception, compliant with IEEE 25GBASE-BR20 and 25GBASE-BR40, for links up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF) via a simplex LC (UPC) connector. Its industrial temperature range of -40 to 85 °C ensures operation in the most demanding environments.

As the complement to the SFP-25G-BX40U-I (upstream), this downstream module forms the other end of a 25G BiDi link over simplex fiber at 40 km.
