The Cisco SFP-25G-AOC3M is a pre-terminated SFP28 25 Gbps Active Optical Cable (AOC) measuring 3 m. Unlike copper DAC cables, AOC technology provides full immunity to electromagnetic interference and a lighter, more flexible cable, ideal for dense environments. Guaranteed operating range: 0 to 70 °C.

Its 3 m length sits between the 2 m and 4 m versions in the range, meeting the needs of intra-rack or adjacent-rack interconnections where the 2 m would be too tight and the 4 m too long.
