The QSFP-100G-SR-S is a Cisco transceiver in QSFP28 form factor designed for short-range 100 Gigabit Ethernet links over multimode optical fibre. This SR (Short Range) module uses four lanes at 25G each over MPO cabling, and is optimised for intra-datacenter deployments over typical distances of a few tens to 100 metres depending on the multimode fibre type used.
