The Cisco QDD-400-CU3M is a passive direct-attach copper (DAC) cable in QSFP-DD form factor, delivering 400 Gbps over a length of 3 metres. Pre-terminated in copper, it requires no external power and covers an operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C, offering the most cost-effective solution for short 400G links.
This 3 m DAC cable is recommended for connecting 400G switches to servers or aggregation devices located in the same rack or in an adjacent rack, without the cost of optical modules. Its 3 m length differentiates it from the 1 m and 2 m versions for racks that are slightly further apart. Genuine Cisco hardware, manufacturer warranty.
