The Cisco QDD-2Q200-CU3M is a passive QSFP-DD 400 Gbps DAC cable in breakout configuration to two QSFP56 200G ports, with a length of 3 m. It allows the full bandwidth of a QSFP-DD 400G port to be distributed across two independent 200G links over a 3 m span, with no active components. Among the QDD-2Q200 family, this is the longest variant (3 m vs 1 m and 2 m).
