The ONS-SC+-10G-ER is a Cisco SFP+ module built for medium-distance links: it delivers 10 Gbps over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a reach of 40 km via an LC (UPC) connector. Positioned between the LR (10 km) and the ZR (70 km), this ER module covers inter-exchange or inter-site links without requiring optical amplification.
