The DS-SFP-FC16G-SW is a Cisco SFP+ shortwave (SW) Fibre Channel transceiver, compatible with 16G (14.025 Gbps), 8G (8.5 Gbps) and 4G (4.25 Gbps) over multimode fibre (MMF) with a reach of 125 meters. Unlike the LW variant (DS-SFP-FC16G-LW, 10km on SMF), this SW module is optimised for intra-datacenter connections over existing MMF, up to 125m. LC (PC or UPC) connector, compliant with FC-PI-5, SFF-8432, SFF-8472 and SFF-8431.
