The Juniper Networks QFX5220-128C, part number QFX5220-128C, is an ultra-high-density 100GbE datacenter switch offering 128 x QSFP28/QSFP+ breakout-capable ports, for a total switching capacity of 12.8 Tbit/s. Powered by an Intel Xeon D-1500 CPU and a 100 GB SSD, it runs Junos OS and supports VXLAN, EVPN, MC-LAG, PFC, Storm Control, and ZTP. Four AC power supply units and redundant fans ensure high availability.
Compared to the QFX5220-32CD which targets 400G, the QFX5220-128C maximizes 100G density with its 128 x QSFP28 ports, making it ideal for leaf-spine environments requiring a large number of server uplinks or 40/100G aggregation ports.
