The Juniper SRX345 (SKU: SRX345), from Juniper Networks, is a high-performance 1U firewall featuring 16 x 1G RJ45 ports complemented by an mPIM slot for modular expansion. It scales up to 5 Gbps firewall throughput, 1.7 Gbps IPS/IDP inspection and 1.5 Gbps IPsec VPN, supporting 375,000 concurrent sessions. Connectivity can be extended via mPIM cards to add SFP uplinks as needed.
This model targets SMEs with 150 to 300 users requiring fibre-optic uplinks and advanced application protection. It is ideally suited to multi-site architectures where SD-WAN and connection flexibility are a priority.
