The Juniper ACX7100-48L is a compact 1U metro edge router combining 48 x multirate SFP28 ports (1/10/25G) and 6 x 100G QSFP28 uplink ports, for a throughput of 1.8 Tbps under Junos OS. Its 25G port density clearly differentiates it from the 400G-oriented ACX7332, targeting 25G client aggregation at the metro edge.

This model addresses operators deploying enterprise fibre access services or 25G mobile backhaul, with 100G uplinks toward the core.
