The JL747A is a TAA-certified HPE Aruba SFP transceiver in compact 1 Gbps form factor, using RJ-45 connectivity over Cat5e or better copper cable. Compliant with the 1000BASE-T TAA standard, it adds a Gigabit copper port to any Aruba device with an SFP slot, covering distances up to 100 m — the standard for horizontal cabling within buildings. Its thermal range of 0 to 70 °C allows unconstrained operation in rack environments.
