The Aruba CX 6300 is HPE Aruba's stackable access switch for mid-sized and large enterprises with 200-2000 users. 25G/100G uplinks
The 25G SFP28 ports are a major differentiator compared with the Cisco Catalyst 9300, which is limited to 10G. Ideal for:
- Building aggregation to a 100G core
- Cross-building stacking without performance degradation
- Preparing for a hybrid data center edge
Price comparison with Cisco
- 6300M 48G PoE+ = €5,890 vs. C9300-48P = €4,420 (Aruba is more expensive)
- However, the 6300M includes 25G uplinks, while the C9300 is limited to 10G
