The FS-TRAN-FX is a Fortinet SFP module operating at 100 Mbps over multimode fiber, compliant with the 100BASE-FX standard. Fitted with an LC duplex connector, it covers a reach of 2 km over MMF and supports 10/100 Mb mode selection, making it compatible with legacy infrastructures still running at 100 Megabits.
This transceiver is aimed at industrial environments and surveillance networks requiring fiber connectivity at 100 Mbps over long distances, particularly where replacing the MMF cabling is not feasible. It integrates into any Fortinet equipment with an SFP slot. Operating range: 0-70 °C. Genuine Fortinet hardware, manufacturer warranty.
