The FN-CABLE-SFP+1 is the ultra-short variant of the Fortinet SFP+ passive DAC cable range. At just one meter in length, this 10 Gbps copper cable provides a direct link between two SFP+ or SFP/SFP+ interfaces with minimal latency and no optical conversion whatsoever.
This 1 m length is the go-to choice for front-panel intra-rack connections where every centimeter of cable matters for thermal management and cable organization. It is particularly well suited for switch-to-switch or switch-to-server links within the same Fortinet chassis or rack. Operating temperature range: 0-70 °C.
