The Cisco 8101-32FH-O (part number 8101-32FH-O) marks a technological step forward by offering 32 x 400G QSFP-DD ports in a 1U form factor, for a throughput of 12.8 Tbps under IOS-XR. This carrier router targets ISP backbones and internet exchanges requiring maximum 400G density in the smallest possible rack footprint.
Unlike the 8101-32H-O which operates at 100G, this model multiplies per-port capacity by four, reducing the number of devices required to achieve the same aggregated throughput. It is recommended for tier-1 core nodes or very high-traffic IXPs. Genuine Cisco hardware, manufacturer warranty.
