The Palo Alto Networks PA-850 (PAN-PA-850) is a compact next-generation firewall in a 1U form factor, designed for branch offices and mid-sized sites. It offers 4 x 1GbE RJ-45 ports and 8 x 1GbE SFP ports for data connectivity, 3 x 1GbE management ports and a 240 GB SSD for local storage. Its performance reaches 1.9 Gbps firewall throughput, 780 Mbps threat protection and 500 Mbps IPSec VPN, with 192,000 concurrent sessions, 1,000 IPSec VPN tunnels, 40 security zones and up to 1,500 filtering policies.
