The Cisco Meraki MS120-24P-HW is a 1U cloud switch with 24 1000Base-T RJ-45 PoE ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks. Its 56 Gbps switching capacity and 41.67 Mpps forwarding rate are complemented by a 16,000-entry MAC table and support for 4,094 VLANs, suited to mid-sized infrastructures. Compared to the MS120-48P, this model halves the port density while maintaining PoE on every port — making it the most compact reference in the 24-port PoE lineup. Cloud management includes DHCP snooping, IGMP snooping, LACP, and BPDU Guard.

The MS120-24P-HW is suited to small sites, branch offices, or floors with a limited number of endpoints requiring PoE power for IP phones, cameras, or wireless access points.
