The Cisco A9903-20HG-PEC is a port expansion card (PEC) for the ASR 9903 router, adding 20 physical ports with a maximum bandwidth of 2 Tbps. It provides 5 multi-rate QSFP-DD/QSFP28 ports at 400GE/200GE/100GE (upgradable to 400GE via license) and 15 x 100GE QSFP28 ports, enabling a gradual and flexible increase in routing capacity. The ASR 9903 chassis runs Cisco IOS XR and supports OSPF, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, MSDP, RSVP, and VXLAN.
