SFP-OC12-MM

The SFP-OC12-MM is the Cisco OC-12/STM-4 SFP module for multimode fiber, transmitting 622 Mbps over duplex MMF cable with a reach of 500 m via an LC (PC or UPC) connector, with an operating temperature range of -5 to 85 °C. The only multimode variant in the Cisco OC-12 product line, it differs from SMF versions (SR, IR1, LR1, LR2) by leveraging existing multimode fiber infrastructure over short distances.

This module is preferred in environments where multimode fiber infrastructure is already in place, particularly in data centers and technical buildings, for internal OC-12 links.
