What does “original manufacturer” mean?
The commercial catalogue is dedicated to optical modules identified by the network-equipment manufacturer’s own reference. OPTINOC does not position adaptable or third-party compatible modules as equivalent products.
Which optical formats are covered?
The catalogue covers SFP, SFP+, SFP28, QSFP+, QSFP28 and QSFP-DD families across the line rates documented for each manufacturer reference.
Can OPTINOC source an unlisted reference?
Yes. Send the complete manufacturer part number, required quantity and delivery country. An unlisted request is reviewed before any quotation is issued.
Selection and documentation
Does OPTINOC guarantee compatibility from a device name alone?
No blanket compatibility promise is made from a device family alone. Selection should rely on the manufacturer reference, platform documentation, software requirements and the intended optical link.
What information should I include in a request?
Provide the manufacturer, exact part number, quantity, destination country and, when relevant, the platform model, software release, fibre type, wavelength and required reach.
Are historical switch and firewall pages still sales pages?
No. Retained equipment pages are technical information and SEO entry points. The commercial direction of OPTINOC is original manufacturer optical modules.
Quotation, shipping and returns
How is availability confirmed?
Availability and lead time are reviewed for the requested reference and quantity. The quotation is the authoritative commercial document.
Where does OPTINOC ship?
Delivery destinations and carrier options are confirmed during quotation. Costs and timing depend on the destination, quantity and service level.
How do I request a return?
Contact OPTINOC before shipping anything. Include the order number, reference, quantity concerned, issue description and supporting photographs.
