Document the case
Provide clear photographs of the module, manufacturer label, packaging and any visible transport damage. Additional diagnostic information may be requested.

Wait for return instructions
Do not ship the product before receiving written instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization and destination address.
Before shipping anything
A return must be authorised in writing.
