Its industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C sets it apart from commercial LR modules and qualifies it for installations in severe conditions. eCPRI compliance makes it a suitable choice for fronthaul deployments in mobile networks.
Thanks to its eCPRI compliance and thermal ruggedness (-40 to +85 °C), the SFP-10G-LR10-I is particularly well suited to 5G/LTE fronthaul deployments linking remote radio units (RRU) to centralized baseband units (BBU), as well as to industrial or outdoor environments requiring 10 km of reach over SMF.
