The SFP-10G-BXD-I from Cisco is a BiDi SFP+ 10 Gbps transceiver for single-strand single-mode fiber (SMF), compliant with the IEEE 10GBASE-BX standard, with a reach of 10 km via an LC (UPC) connector. Operating in downstream transmission mode, it pairs directly with the SFP-10G-BXU-I to establish a full-duplex 10G link over a single fiber strand, with no additional fiber required.
