The ONS-SC+-10G-38.9 is a Cisco SFP+ 10 Gbps module operating at 1538.9 nm over single-mode fiber, with an 80 km reach. LC (UPC) connector, duplex cabling, temperature 0–70 °C: characteristics designed for deployments in technical rooms or thermally controlled datacenters.
Integrated into Cisco ONS optical transport infrastructures, this transceiver enables 10 Gbps traffic to be carried on a fixed channel at 1538.9 nm, minimising crosstalk with neighbouring channels.
