Its 10 km reach makes it well suited to long-distance links in industrial or campus environments, with an extended operating temperature range of -5 to 85°C and IEEE 100BASE-LX compliance. Duplex fiber cabling ensures reliable bidirectional transmission.
This transceiver is intended for network engineers connecting two remote sites up to 10 km apart over an existing single-mode fiber infrastructure on compatible Cisco equipment.
