The GLC-FE-100BX-U is a Cisco 100 Mbps BiDi SFP transceiver for Fast Ethernet, operating over single-mode fiber with an LC (UPC) connector at a reach of 10 km. It uses two distinct wavelengths over a single fiber strand for transmit and receive, compliant with the IEEE 100BASE-BX10-U standard, and operates from 0 to 70°C.
This module is suited to long-range Fast Ethernet simplex links, particularly for access equipment or connections to secondary sites with only a single fiber available. To be paired with the GLC-FE-100BX-D to form a complete link. Genuine Cisco hardware, manufacturer warranty.
