Tidyo
Summary: Tidyo works entirely on your iPhone. We do not collect, store or share your data, and we do not track you.
Your photos stay on your device
Tidyo asks for access to your photo library to find duplicates, similar shots, blurry photos, screenshots, Live Photos and large videos. All analysis (hashing, blur detection, document detection, text recognition in screenshots) runs on your iPhone using Apple's frameworks. No photo, video or detail about them is uploaded to us or to any third party.
To avoid re-analyzing your library on every scan, Tidyo keeps a small cache on your iPhone (a short fingerprint and a few measurements per photo, keyed by the photo's local identifier). It never leaves the device and is deleted when you delete the app.
No data collection, no tracking
Tidyo has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect personal data and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles payment and billing; Tidyo never sees your payment details. Tidyo only checks with StoreKit whether you have an active purchase so it can unlock Pro features. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Notifications
If you start a free trial, Tidyo asks permission to send one local notification reminding you the day before the trial ends. It is scheduled on your iPhone; nothing is sent from a server. You can turn it off in Settings › Notifications.
Children
Tidyo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
