The PAN-SFP-BXU-20K is a 1 Gbps BiDi SFP transceiver from Palo Alto Networks compliant with the 1000BASE-BX-U standard, providing single-mode fibre (SMF) links of up to 20 kilometres over a single simplex LC fibre strand. On the Upstream (U) side, its wavelengths are the inverse of the PAN-SFP-BXD-20K, enabling bidirectional communication over a single fibre.
By combining the PAN-SFP-BXU-20K and the PAN-SFP-BXD-20K, IT teams obtain a full Gigabit link over 20 km using a single fibre cable, reducing infrastructure costs for inter-site or campus connections. A cost-effective and genuine solution, with Palo Alto Networks manufacturer warranty.
