The Juniper QFX5130-48C-8D is a mixed 100G/400G spine switch in a 1U form factor, combining 48 x 100GbE QSFP28 ports and 8 x 400GbE QSFP-DD ports for a total throughput of 8 Tbps. This combination of densities allows a large number of 100G leaves and 400G servers or uplinks to be connected simultaneously, without sacrificing density.
This switch is designed for hybrid datacenter architectures migrating to 400G, where legacy 100G equipment coexists with new 400G servers. The QFX5130-48C-8D SKU offers the flexibility needed to manage this transition without a complete fleet refresh. Genuine hardware, manufacturer warranty.
