J8177D — Aruba 1G SFP RJ45 T 100m Cat5e xcvr

The J8177D is an HPE Aruba 1 Gigabit SFP transceiver with a copper interface, compliant with the 1000BASE-T standard. Fitted with an RJ-45 connector, it supports up to 100 m over Cat5e or better cable, enabling Gigabit copper ports to be added to any Aruba chassis equipped with SFP slots. Its thermal range of 0 to 70 °C ensures unconstrained integration into datacenter racks.

Unlike the JL747A (TAA-certified), the J8177D targets commercial deployments with no specific regulatory compliance requirement, offering a lower entry cost.
