The Palo Alto Networks PAN-PA-3250 is a 2U enterprise campus firewall with redundant AC power supplies. Compared to the PA-3260, it does not include 40GbE ports: connectivity relies on 12 x 1GbE RJ-45, 8 x 10GbE SFP+ and a 10GbE SFP+ management port. Its performance reaches 6.3 Gbps firewall throughput, 3 Gbps threat protection and 3.2 Gbps IPSec VPN, for 2 million concurrent sessions and 94,000 new sessions per second. Six virtual systems are available, with BGP, OSPFv3, BFD and URL filtering support.
