The Juniper SRX1600 is a 1U campus firewall offering mixed connectivity: 16 x 1G RJ45 ports, 8 x SFP+ 10G ports and 2 x QSFP+ 40G ports for inter-datacenter links. It achieves 41 Gbps firewall throughput, 18 Gbps IPS/IDP and 18 Gbps IPsec VPN, with a session table capable of handling up to 16 million concurrent entries -- a considerable leap over the SRX3xx models.
